Buying a new car or caravan during 2003
Time
for new number plates? From 1 January 2003 a new Government initiative
is being introduced to make sure duplicate plates don't fall into the
wrong hands. You will need to produce:
proof
of identity (photocard driving licence or passport preferred)
proof
of your entitlement to the registration number (Vehicle Registration Document-V5/log
book preferred)
